Tamarugal Variety
This vine was discovered in the Region of Tarapaca and it became the first Chilean wine strain to be registered at the Chilean Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG). It only grows at the Pampa del Tamarugal . It is a white vine used for producing dry white wine, with no perceptible sweet taste in the mouth, and sweet wine, with a light sweet taste in the mouth


Tamarugal Dry
TASTING NOTES
Sight: Pale yellow colour with silver reflections.
Nose: Very fruity and pleasant and fresh on the nose. Aromas of bitter lemon peel, grapefruit, pineapple, pear, green apple, peach, mango honey, guava and floral and mineral notes are perceived and with less intensity the vegetables.
Palate: Medium-high acidity, with softened bitterness, medium-long finish.

Recommended Temperature: 4 - 6° C
Pairing: Ceviche, seafood garden, quinoa salad with fresh leaves, tomato, cucumber.

Tamarugal Sweet
TASTING NOTES
Eye: Pale yellowish wine, with greenish reflexions
Aroma: Aromatic ripe pear, green apple, lemon caramel, sweet pineapple and peaches. Green bell pepper with mineral and salty notes, along with yoghurt.
Taste: Medium- plus acidity, medium length. Wine acidity softens their characteristic bitter finish.

Tamarugal Gold
TASTING NOTES
Eye: Bright gold since it has been processed with pomace
Aroma: Citric fruits as lemon rind and grapefruit, as well as lucuma and pineapple. As far as non-fruit descriptors, there are hints of peppermint, lemon verbena, lemon balm, cooked asparagus, and white flowers.
Taste: Mineral notes with a slight taste of bitterness at the end. Medium-plus alcohol, medium finish
